1. Introduction

We value our customers’ privacy, and hence all our customers reserve the right to request for their account and associated data to be deleted permanently from our system.

Once the Non-Distributor account is deleted, the information below will be deleted:

• Profile data
• Stock record
• Share treat histories
• Claimed vouchers

Please be aware that this action cannot be undone, and the deleted information cannot be retrieved or restored in any way.

2. Request For Account Deletion

Step 1: Go to Profile in the app.

Step 2: Click Edit Profile.

Step 3: Click Delete Account.

Step 4: A window modal will pop up, click Confirm to proceed.

Step 5: Your account has been deleted successfully.

3. After Account Deletion

You will not be able to use your account anymore, after the account has been deleted from the system.
